Description: I saw this same object (triangular shaped) with blue green red white flashing lights in the sky last night around 12 AM to 1 AM EST in North Carolina. When I first saw it, it looked very far away and I thought it was a plane because of the colored flashing lights. (However usually there is no green on planes.) But I heard no sound so then I thought it was the space station so I went in my house and googled this because I was like the what the heck is this and it wasn’t Capella or space station. So I continued to watch it and the closer it got it moved up/down side to side and bobbed around. It seemed to move slowly at times and even seem to be sitting still at times. Then it would slowly go further away and come back closer. Before I came into the house it got fairly close, above the tree line and was hovering behind the tree line. If I moved it would move slightly just so I could see the flashing lights from behind the trees. It was as if it was observing?
